---++ Abstract

Procrastination is the psychological behavior to needlessly and counter-productively defer tasks. Lean thinking recommends deferring decisions to the last responsible moment and delivering just-in-time. One is a burden, the other a management theory, yet both are concerned with deferring. Meet the Shu-Ha-Ri model of Lean Procrastination which gets you rid of management if applied to work you fully enjoy and master.

Play with us the new LRM complexity game to explore how complexity effects and changes the last responsible moment and how Lean Procrastination enhances flexibility.

The game is a board game for individuals and teams, providing many different strategies to be explored. Its very origin was an Open Space session at XP-Days 2010. Later it was initially developed at P4A11 (Play4Agile 2011 Germany) and refined at the ACCDE11 (Agile Coach Camp 2011 Germany).

Er hat Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden im regulierten Umfeld (Medizintechnik) und im Coachen verteilter Offshore-Teams. Marc ist aktives Mitglied der Agilen Community und Organisator diverser Open Space Un-Konferenzen und spricht regelmäßig auf internationalen Konferenzen zu agilen Themen. Er ist Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSP) und zertifizierter Projektmanager (IPMA).</p>
